That Crazy Clown...
This morning I wanted to visit a clown for breakfast.
I thought about it long and hard.
Hawai'i summoned me.
And I drove right by.

And it begins...
6 years 11 months 5 days
Seems like a lifetime, doesn't it?
It is. For me.
Recently labeled "MORBIDLY OBESE" has scared me senseless.
And it is in this state of non-sense, that I have decided to go for the ultimate physical challenge. I am going to qualify for, and complete the Ironman Triathalon in Kona, Hawaii.
I don't plan on doing this alone.
I bring with me my cousin, H, who will be training simultaneously, with the goal to run, bike and swim alongside.
I bring my personal trainer, S, who will not let me give up on this. She will be the motivation, experience, and voice of reason when I try to quit.
I bring my swim coach, who will do her best to keep my head above water (even though having my head in the water improves my speed).
And I bring you, my faithful followers, along for the ride.
And we're off!
